In order to operate a commercial drone legally after civil twilight a special Part 107 daylight waiver is required by the FAA. Perfect Perspectives was one of the first to be granted this authorization and has been flying unmanned aircraft at night for almost 40 years. Most daylight waivers are only valid in Class “G” airspace. Perfect Perspectives has daylight waivers attached all of it’s current tower controlled airspace authorizations in Class “B”, “C”, “D” and “E” airspace zones. This includes almost all tower controlled airports in Ohio and many major airports in the neighboring states.
