Perfect Perspectives returned once again to capture drone aerial imaging of the Southern Ohio Veteran’s Memorial Highway. As Ohio’s Most Experienced Drone Service Company, Perfect Perspectives has been documenting progress on Ohio’s largest highway construction project. Set to open later this year, SR823 will be a 16 mile, 4 lane bypass from Lucasville to Wheelersburg, passing through the scenic rolling hills north of Portsmouth.
